Request Account Deletion

At SnoPal, we respect your privacy. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, you have two options:

• Delete directly in the app:

  You can delete your account directly through the SnoPal app under the Manage Account option in the Account tab.

• Email request: Alternatively, you may email us at legal@copilot.ski with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Steps for Deletion via Email

If you choose to delete your account by emailing us:

1. Email us at legal@copilot.ski.
2. In your email, please provide the email address associated with your SnoPal account.
3. Once we receive your request, we will process the deletion and notify you when it is complete.

Data Retention Policy

Upon account deletion, your data, including location history, profile details, and preferences, will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. However, we may retain minimal data necessary for regulatory or audit purposes, which will be fully deleted after this retention period.
